Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators Design: The B.E.S.T. GT Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators are manufactured from an aluminum extrusion with aluminum end plates with right and left hand threads to prevent loosening due to rotation. Removal can be accomplished only via the correct size face spanner tool. Force is generated by the centrifugal force of the unbalanced weight on the rotor assembly. Inner and outer bearing raceways are pre-lubricated and designed for ease in removal and replacement, without special tools. Maximum ambient temperature in areas of installation is 120°C (250°F). Application: The GT Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators are ideally suited for food and pharmaceutical applications where exhaust oil on similar units has been totally eliminated. Lubrication is not required. Another feature is its quiet operation. Mufflers are also supplied for further noise reduction. Noise levels in the 60-75 db range are typical. |
