• Production capacity of up to 16 tons per hour. Up to 3,6 strokes per minute. The values were measured under full load in normal operation with material.
• Turbocharged diesel engine from Deutz with 230 kW installed driving power. With 3-way cooler for charge air, cooling water and the hydraulics.
• Directly driven axial piston pumps, both power-controlled as well as volume-controlled.
• Gentle hydraulic action through volume flow regulation for the optimum actuation of braking points.
• Separate controller of the diesel motor to provide more secure operation: potential-free contact for data transfer connects the motor controller with the shear controller. The shear stops if there is a fault.

• Roll-on/roll-off container with hook.
• Tank volumes sufficient for a 10 hour working day at full load.
