No other scrap shear is as productive for low and medium volumes.

• Production capacity of up to 25 tons per hour and 6 to 8 cuts per minute. The values were measured under full load in normal operation with material.
• The capacity can be reached with the semi-mobile model in just the same way as with the stationary version.
• Separate oil supply circuits for the shear and stamper: they can work at the same time instead of after one another.
• Generously dimensioned pipes and control blocks. Curved high pressure lines are bent in one piece and not welded up from blanks. Less loss of performance and no leaks.

• Infinitely variable and non-contact path-measuring system using path measuring sensors in the stamper and shear cylinders and a laser in the pusher cylinder. No interruptions in production due to dirt affecting proximity switches, and no damage due to scrap pieces. Precise determination of the speed and exact control of the switching points.
• Optimized shock relief damper and logic blocks provide faster and nonetheless gentler working cycles without hydraulic shocks.
• Faster working cycles with a lower installed drive by using special pump combinations for the low pressure and high pressure areas plus optimized on and off switching points.
