Portable Drum Vibrator Assembly

B.E.S.T.'s new Model DVA Drum Vibrator Assembly allows quick attachment and removal of its powerful BVD-41 ball vibrator on fiber or steel drums. The unit is ideal for settling materials in containers and to increase the total capacity of the container. Adapts to containers up to 30" in diameter and develops sufficient vibratory force to agitate loads of up to 500 lbs.

The assembly is furnished as standard with a strong web belt and ratchet to ensure a secure attachment of maximum transfer of vibration. An adjustable support hook that can be raised or lowered to position the vibrator assembly in the most effective area, allows the operator to operate the ratchet without having to support the vibrators weight.

Complete kit includes ball vibrator (frequency 3600 to 7500 V.P.M.), special mounting plate, adjustable web belt with ratchet type buckle, adjustable hook, 5' long neoprene hose with fittings, quick acting valve, air pressure regulator and filter assembly. Vibrator force output is 850 lbs. maximum, at 80 psi.
