Sixteen ingredient batching system

A system can be as simple as two or three pieces of equipment worth a few thousand dollars, or may be composed of several hundred pieces worth over a million dollars. Whatever the customer needs, the basic steps to organize the project are typically broken down into four basic categories. Simple systems include:

Phase I: Engineering concept and cost estimate
Phase II: Equipment selection and design
Phase III: Manufacturing, test run, and shipment
Phase IV: Installation and start-up

For the smaller and simpler systems, the process may consist of a discussion with our customer, implementing only the first three phases with final Phase IV installation and start-up provided by the customer.
