MODEL TSF- TWIN SCREW FEEDERS B.E.S.T. is pleased to introduce a "new" Twin Screw Feeder designed for the most precise batching and weighing applications. The unit incorporates two Helixes on one hopper, providing a compact design where multiple individual screw units will not fit in the alotted available space. The 1-1/2" and 4" diameter Helixes offer both fast, high-volume filling and yet the most precise dribble flow at the end of the batch cycle. The 18" x 22" hopper inlet is fitted with air pads and an on/off pulse timer to ensure positive, uninterrupted flow to the Helixes. Regreasable lubricated bearings with air-purged shaft seals prevents any product leakage out the rear of the unit. The Helixes are rated at 17 cu. ft. per hour and 283 cu. ft. per hour, respectively at maximum RPM, assuming a 100% efficient conveyable product and no slippage.  Email Us | ||||
